Zucchini – Fritters – Wrap

Wraps are super easy to make and therefore the ideal lunch for us in the photo studio. The most important thing for a good wrap is that the ingredients must be well matched and the tortillas must be free of additives (this is the case with the products from the organic shop). Our Zucchini – Fritters – Wrap is delicious and light – just right to continue working full of energy and not succumb to the daily afternoon tiredness. We show you our tricks.

  • 4 Tortillas Acapulco, Bio-Tortillas Nature
  • 4 Zucchini – Fritters
  • 2 salad hearts
  • 1 avocado
  • 8 small cherry tomatoes
  • 75 g grated cheddar
  • chilli flakes
  • 250 g semi-fat quark 20% fat
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 4 St parsley finely chopped
  • 4 St Chives finely chopped
  • some grated lemon zest
  • 1 sprinkle of lemon juice
  • Salt pepper



  • Wash the lettuce hearts, spin dry and divide into bite-sized pieces.
  • All around, lengthwise, cut up to the stone into the flesh of the avocado. Now slightly turn the two halves against each other so that they separate from each other. Remove the stone and lift the pulp from both halves with the help of a tablespoon. Cut the avocado halves into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice so that the avocado does not turn brown.
  • Wash, dry and slice the cherry tomatoes.


  • Mix quark, sour cream, cream cheese, the finely chopped herbs, the grated lemon zest, lemon juice, stir and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the zucchini fritters and tortillas on the grill or in a pan, without oil.
  • Coat the tortilla in the middle with the quark dip, halve a zucchini fritter and also place it centered on the quark dip. Give the salad, the avocado and tomato slices over it, sprinkle with cheddar and season with the chilli flakes. Take the wrap on the sides and turn it into a roll.


It’s best to make every wrap fresh, as the tortillas can only be rolled well when warm.

Easily digestible lunch

Hearty food, such as roast pork with dumplings and sauce will make you tired quickly. The reason for this is that the body in heavy foods needs a lot of energy for digestion and then it lacks in the brain. We briefly remember the biology class: The thing with the vegetative nervous system. You should therefore prefer vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meat or fish, potatoes, pasta, rice and low-fat dairy products.

No sweets

Sweets does appear to help against lack of concentration, because energy is donated quickly. But this condition does not last long, because the blood sugar level just as quickly sags again and the next low is inevitable. Therefore prefer to grab a nut-fruit mix. The contained vitamin B increases the concentration and fructose as well as carbohydrates increase the mental performance. The omega-3 fatty acids contained in the nuts also have a strengthening effect on the brain. But please do not exaggerate. Nutrition experts recommend eating around 50 grams of nut-fruit mix per day, because nuts also have a lot of calories.

Drink coffee

New studies show that coffee improves attention and logical thinking and shortens reaction time. But how much coffee everyone tolerates should be tested in self-experiment. Three cups a day is so on average.

Drink a lot

Healthy adults should consume two to three litres of liquid per day. A good guideline is 35 milliliters per kilogram of body weight. But not everything has to be drunk. The body itself produces around 300 milliliters in its metabolic processes and it receives about one liter of water from solid food. For example, apples, vegetables and potatoes contain about 70 percent water, cucumbers as much as 95 percent. The remaining amount of liquid, about 1.5 liters, you have to take on drinks.

Lunch Walk

After the meal you should rest, or do 1000 steps. As it is rarely possible to rest in the workplace, the half-hour walk after lunch is the method of choice to increase motivation and concentration. We fortunately have the Munich South Cemetery nearby. There is no more meditative place to do our rounds.

Relaxation exercises

Especially on days when we spend a lot of time on the computer, a few exercises help us relax our muscles and boost our brains with oxygen. Lower the head so that the chin almost touches the breastbone, pushing the shoulders backwards and downwards. Move the head in a circle – change direction. Jumping through the studio with swinging arms and hips.
